摘要:
芦荟因其安全、有效、低毒等特点,在多个领域应用广泛。近年来,关于芦荟药理作用及对创面愈合的研究备受关注。糖尿病患者创面的愈合受多种内外源性因素影响,是临床治疗的一大难点。目前许多研究发现,芦荟在降低血糖的同时,具有抗炎、抗菌、促进创面愈合等作用,对于糖尿病患者创面的治疗具有双管齐下的作用。因此,芦荟有望成为治疗糖尿病创面的新选择。
Abstract:
Aloe vera is widely used in many fields because of its safety, effectiveness, and low toxicity. In recent years, more and more researches have been focused on the pharmacological effects and wound healing of aloe vera. The wound healing of diabetic patients is affected by various internal and external factors, which is a major difficulty in clinical treatment. Many current studies have found that aloe vera has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial effects, and could promote wound healing while reducing blood sugar. It has a two-pronged effect on the treatment of wounds in patients with diabetes. Therefore, aloe vera is expected to become a new choice for the treatment of diabetic wounds.
