摘要:
传统常规的饮食疗法对减轻及维持肥胖者体重的效果有限,而过激的禁食和限食疗法缺乏持久性。结构化的饮食干预方案能够提供多样化的营养素以及一定热卡的能量,即代餐饮食。典型的代餐方案是每天固定的一餐或两餐由热量配比好的、营养均衡的商业配方膳食所取代。代餐饮食方便、快捷且比常规饮食对肥胖者体重的控制更为有效,同时能有效改善肥胖相关的代谢紊乱,包括对糖、脂代谢的改善以及脂肪含量、炎性反应状态的改善。
Abstract:
The effect of traditional diet on reducing and maintaining body weight is limited in patients with obesity,whereas intensive fasting and caloric restriction are difficult to persist. Structured diet intervention which provides a variety of nutrients and certain calorie is meal replacement. In typical meal replacement scheme,one or two meals are replaced by nutritionally balanced and calorie-restricted commercial products. Meal replacement is more convenient and rapid than conventional diet and is more effective in weight control in obese patients. Meanwhile,meal replacement can improve obesity related metabolic disorders,including glycolipid metabolism,fat content and inflammation state.
