摘要:
目的 观察补充25-羟维生素D3治疗对绝经后2型糖尿病患者胰岛素敏感性和血糖控制的影响。方法 收集绝经后2型糖尿病患者210例,平均年龄(58.5±7.5)岁。采用完全随机抽样方法分为治疗组105例,对照组105例。治疗组在采用常规降糖、调脂等治疗的基础上联合25-羟维生素D3治疗,对照组仅采用常规降糖、调脂等治疗,连续治疗半年。对比治疗前、后患者血糖、HbA1c、空腹胰岛素水平及稳态模型评估-胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、25-羟维生素D3等指标的差异。结果 治疗前,治疗组与对照组血糖、HbA1c、空腹胰岛素、HOMA-IR、25-羟维生素D3等指标差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05); 治疗后,与对照组相比,治疗组空腹血糖水平、HbA1c降低(t=5.427,2.969),空腹胰岛素水平、HOMA-IR、25-羟维生素D3升高(t=5.257,5.164,2.872,P均<0.05)。结论 补充25-羟维生素D3有助于绝经后2型糖尿病患者更好的控制血糖,并提高胰岛素敏感性。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effects of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 supplement on insulin sensitivity and glucose control in postmenopausal patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 210 postmenopausal patients [average(58.5±7.5)years old] with type 2 diabetes mellitus were collected and randomly divided into treatment group(105 cases)and control group(105 cases)by radom sampling method. Patients in the treatment group received regular glucose-lowering and lipid-lowering medications as well as 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 treatment for six months. Patients in the control group only received glucose-lowering and lipid-lowering medications for six months. Levels of glucose, HbA1c, homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 before and after treatment in both groups were measured and compared. Results Before treatment, the level of glucose, HbA1c, HOMA-IR and 25(OH)D3 in treatment group were not different from those in control group(all P>0.05). After treatment, the level of glucose and HbA1c(t=5.427, 2.969)were decreased while fasting insulin, HOMA-IR and 25(OH)D3(t=5.257, 5.164, 2.872)were increased in treatment group compared with control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion 25(OH)D3 supplement may decrease blood glucose and increase insulin sensitivity in postmenopausal patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
