摘要:
食物升糖指数是用以衡量食物对血糖升高水平的指标,面对日益增长的糖尿病患病人群,如何通过不同升糖指数的饮食干预发挥显著治疗作用,已成为新的研究热点。近年来多项研究表明,不同升糖指数饮食对糖尿病患者血糖、体重、血脂水平均有重要影响。与高升糖指数饮食相比,低升糖指数饮食可以降低糖尿病患者的血糖水平及维持血糖稳定,在减重及降低血脂水平方面也发挥着不可或缺的作用。在妊娠糖尿病人群中,低升糖指数饮食还可降低妊娠并发症发生的风险,故已逐渐成为糖尿病患者主流的饮食干预策略。
Abstract:
The food glycemic index is a measure of the level of elevated blood glucose in food. In the face of the growing population of diabetic patients, how to play a significant therapeutic role through dietary intervention with different glycemic index has become a new research hotspot. In recent years, several studies have shown that different glycemic index diets have important effects on blood glucose, body weight and blood lipid levels in diabetic patients. Compared with high-glycemic index diet, low-glycemic index diet can reduce blood glucose level and maintain blood glucose stability in diabetic patients, and play an indispensable role in weight loss and decrease of blood lipid levels. And low-glycemic index diet can also reduce the risk of pregnancy complications in gestational diabetes, so it has gradually become the mainstream dietary intervention strategy for diabetic patients.
