摘要:
果糖是软饮料的主要成份,果糖分解代谢不同于葡萄糖的代谢途径,无限速酶、没有负反馈。果糖在分解过程中可以产生大量的尿酸、乳酸、甘油二酯以及其他的代谢中间产物。这些代谢中间产物导致机体的能量代谢应激,从而导致胰岛素抵抗,脂质合成过多,以及内皮功能障碍,最终导致肥胖、高尿酸血症、非酒精性脂肪性肝病等代谢综合征组分的发生。
Abstract:
Fructose is the maincomponent of soft drinks. Fructose metabolism is different from glucose metabolism, which has no limiting enzyme and negative feedback. During catabolism, fructose can produce much uric acid, lactic acid, glycidyl glycerin and some metabolic intermediates. These metabolic intermediates lead to energy metabolic stress, then cause insulin resistance, overproduction of lipid, and the dysfunction of endothelial cells. At last, those changes lead to the development of metabolic syndrome component, such as obesity, hyperuricemia, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, and so on.
