摘要:
在肥胖的发生中,钙的调节作用不可忽视。S100A16是钙调蛋白S100家族的新成员。作为钙离子结合蛋白,可调节钙的转运,促进脂肪细胞增殖,还可通过调节p53基因等,与肥胖及相关疾病的发生密切相关。深入对S100A16的研究为防治肥胖及代谢性疾病、药物研发、临床治疗提供了新的思路。
Abstract:
Calcium regulation is important in the occurrence of obesity. S100A16 is a new member in the calmodulin S100 family. As a calcium-binding protein,S100A16 regulates transportation of calcium,promotes proliferation of adipocytes,and also regulates p53 gene expression and so on. It has been proved to be closely related to the occurrence of obesity as well as other related diseases. Further studies about the calcium regulating role of S100A16 may shed light on the prevention,drug development,and clinical treatment of obesity and metabolic diseases in the future.
