摘要:
结直肠息肉和甲状腺结节发病率均较高,均需尽早明确诊断。但在临床中很难对所有人群进行结直肠镜及甲状腺超声检查。新近研究显示,两种疾病之间存在相关关系,且互为危险因素。这一发现可为疾病筛查对象的确定提供依据。某些遗传综合征也可表现为两种疾病的共存,需要同时注意两种疾病的筛查。由于此类研究尚处于起步阶段,目前其中的具体机制尚不明确,部分研究显示,代谢紊乱、胰岛素抵抗可能在其中扮演了部分角色。
Abstract:
The incidence of colorectal polyps and thyroid nodules are both high, which should be diagnosed as soon as possible. However, it is difficult to perform colonoscopy and thyroid ultrasound in all patients in clinic. Recent studies have shown that there is a correlation between these two diseases, and they are risk factors for each other. This discovery can provide a basis for determining the screening targets for diseases. Some genetic syndromes can also manifest as the coexistence of two diseases, and screening for both diseases requires attention. Due to the fact that such research is still in its early stages, the specific mechanisms involved are not yet clear. Some studies have shown that metabolic disorders and insulin resistance may play a role in this process.
