摘要:
多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome, PCOS)作为育龄期女性不孕的主要原因之一,以肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、高雄激素血症为主要临床特点。目前的研究证据表明,慢性低度炎症同样参与了PCOS的发生与发展过程。因此,本文以慢性低度炎症对PCOS患者生殖功能异常的影响为主旨,对其成因进行总结,从其对生殖系统各个靶器官功能的影响展开介绍,包括下丘脑、垂体、卵巢以及子宫(内膜),旨在从中枢系统对性激素的调控、卵泡发育以及胚胎着床3个过程阐述慢性低度炎症对PCOS女性生殖功能潜在的不利影响,进而为将来的研究提供启发和思考。
Abstract:
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS), one of the major causes of infertility in women of reproductive age, is characterized by obesity, insulin resistance, and hyperandrogenemia. Current research evidence suggests that chronic low-grade inflammation is also involved in the development of PCOS. Therefore, this paper summarizes the characteristics and causes of chronic low-grade inflammation, and introduces its effects on abnormal reproductive function in PCOS patients from the perspective of target organs, including hypothalamus, pituitary, ovary and uterus(especially endometrium). The aim is to illustrate the possible adverse effects of chronic low-grade inflammation on the entire reproductive process of women with PCOS, comprised of the central nervous system's regulation of sex hormones, follicular development and embryo implantation and thus provide inspiration for future research.
