摘要:
Lipin 基因的表达产物是一组胞内蛋白质,介导生成胞内甘油三酯合成和糖异生关键酶的辅激活因子。Lipin主要分布在脂肪、骨骼肌、肝脏、下丘脑等代谢旺盛的组织和器官。Lipin 家族主要包括lipin 1、lipin 2 与 lipin 3,能够双向调控机体脂代谢,还与机体胰岛素抵抗、糖代谢异常密切相关,可能成为治疗肥胖及糖、脂代谢紊乱相关疾病的外周新靶点。
Abstract:
The expression product of lipin is a group of intracellular protein.Lipin acts as a transcriptional coactivator that amplifies the effect of coactivators on transcription of triglyceride synthesis and the key enzymes synthesis of gluconeogenesis.Lipin is expressed at high levels in metabolically active tissues and organs such as adipose tissue,skeletal muscle,liver and hypothalamus.Lipin family, including lipin 1,lipin 2 and lipin 3,can regulate lipid metabolism bidirectionally.Lipin is also closely associated with insulin resistance and abnormal glucose metabolism.So lipin may be a new periphery target in the treatment of obesity and glucolipid metabolism related diseases.
