摘要:
新型脂肪细胞因子Meteorin-like(Metrnl)是神经营养调节因子Meteorin(Metrn)的同源蛋白。研究发现,Metrnl密切参与糖脂代谢性疾病,如血脂异常、肥胖、2型糖尿病、冠心病及非酒精性脂肪性肝病等的调控。其机制可能与诱导米色脂肪形成、调节腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)和过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体δ/γ(PPARδ/γ)通路、激活WNT/β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)通路有关。因此,深入探讨Metrnl在糖脂代谢中的作用及机制,以期提高对脂肪细胞因子Metrnl的认识,有望使其成为治疗糖脂代谢性疾病的新靶点。
Abstract:
The novel secretory adipokine named Meteorin-like(Metrnl)related is a protein homologous to the neurotrophic regulator factor Meteorin(Metrn). Studies have found that Metrnl is closely involved in the regulation of glucose and lipid metabolism related diseases such as dyslipidemia, obesity, type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. The mechanism may be related to the induction of beige fat formation, regulation of AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK)and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor δ/γ(PPARδ/γ)pathways, and activation of WNT/β-catenin pathways. Therefore, further explore the role and possible mechanism of Metrnl in glucose and lipid metabolism, in order to improve the understanding of the adipose secretion factor Metrnl, which is expected to be a novel target for the treatment of glucose and lipid metabolism related diseases.
