摘要:
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种常见的内分泌代谢疾病,也是导致育龄期女性不孕的重要原因之一。生活方式干预是PCOS患者的一线治疗。大量证据表明,饮食干预可显著改善PCOS患者代谢与生殖功能。然而目前各饮食干预手段各有利弊,尚未确定治疗PCOS最有效的膳食结构。该文主要围绕不同饮食干预对PCOS患者生殖功能的疗效进行综述,包括低热量饮食、低碳水饮食、地中海饮食、生酮饮食、间歇性断食和高纤饮食,旨在为改善PCOS患者生殖功能的饮食干预方案提供参考。
Abstract:
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common metabolic disease. It is also one of the most important causes of infertility in women of childbearing age. Lifestyle intervention is the first-line treatment for PCOS patients. A lot of evidence shows that lifestyle intervention can significantly improve the metabolic and reproductive function of PCOS patients. However, at present, each dietary intervention method has its advantages and disadvantages. The most effective one has not been determined. This article focuses on different impacts of dietary interventions on PCOS patients’ reproductive function, including low-calorie diet, low-carbohydrate diet, the Mediterranean diet, ketogenic diet, intermittent fasting, and high-fiber diet, aiming to provide a reference for dietary interventions to improve the reproductive function of PCOS patients.
