摘要:
近年来,阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)的发病率逐渐增多,已成为严重影响人们身心健康的公共问题,在肥胖患者中尤为严重。肥胖与OSAS经常相伴发生,互为因果。代谢性手术不仅可用于治疗肥胖,也可作为治疗OSAS的有效手段。代谢性手术给重度肥胖患者和肥胖2型糖尿病患者的治疗都带来了根本性转变,同时对OSAS患者也具有良好的治疗作用。其主要作用机制可能是通过体重依赖性效应、非体重依赖性的代谢效应、减少机体慢性炎性反应及调节增食欲素与瘦素水平等来实现的。
Abstract:
In recent years, the incidence of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS)has gradually increased, which has become a public health problem and seriously affect people's physical and mental health, especially among obese patients. Obesity and OSAS often exist at the same time and become the reason for each other, and metabolic surgery can be used not only for obesity, but also as an effective means of OSAS. Besides, metabolic surgery has brought fundamental changes to patients with morbid obesity and obese patients with type 2 diabetes. At the same time, it also has a good impact on patients with OASA. The main mechanisms may include the weight-dependent and non-weight-dependent metabolic effects, the improvement of chronic inflammatory status and regulation of orexin and leptin levels.
