摘要:
1,5-脱水葡萄糖醇(1,5-AG)结构上类似葡萄糖,具有封闭吡喃环结构,稳定且不参与体内代谢,因尿糖竞争性抑制其重吸收而降低。1,5-AG反映短期血糖控制水平,可筛查出平均血糖控制尚可但伴有餐后高血糖(PPH)或血糖波动者,对HbA1c监测血糖作合理补充,并辅助鉴别糖尿病亚型及预测糖尿病血管并发症,有较好的临床价值。
Abstract:
1,5-anhydroglucitol(1,5-AG)is structurally similar to glucose, with a closed pyran ring structure that confers metabolic stability and does not participate in vivo metabolism, which reduces the tubular reabsorption by competitive inhibition of urine glucose. 1,5-AG reflects short-term glycemic status, detects moderately or well-controlled diabetes which is accompanied with postprandial hyperglycemia(PPH)and glucose fluctuation, and makes a reasonable supplement for HbA1c in glucose monitoring, assists identify the subtypes of diabetes and predicts diabetic vascular complications, thus has a dramatical clinical significance.
