摘要:
二肽基肽酶-4(DPP-4)可能通过灭活胰高血糖素样肽-1、神经肽Y以及调节能量平衡等多种途径影响机体脂质代谢。非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)是一种无过量饮酒史, 而以肝实质细胞脂肪变性和脂肪贮积为特征的临床综合征,肥胖、高脂血症、胰岛素抵抗在其发生和发展过程中发挥重要作用。DPP-4可能是NAFLD的一种重要调节因子,目前用于2型糖尿病治疗的新型药物DPP-4抑制剂可能在肥胖及NAFLD的控制中发挥重要作用。
Abstract:
Dipeptidyl peptidase-4(DPP-4) may exert pleiotropic effects on lipid metabolism by inactivating glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1),neuropeptide Y(NPY) and regulating energy balance. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) is a chronic liver injury without a history of alcohol abuse, which characterized by fatty degeneration in liver parenchyma cells and fat storage. Obesity, hyperlipidemia and insulin resistance play important roles in the development and progression of NAFLD. DPP-4 is a key modulator in NAFLD. DPP-4 inhibitors,an emerging class of drugs for treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,may play an important role in the prevention of obesity and NAFLD.
