摘要:
目的 评估垂体前叶功能减退症(HP)对患者生活质量的影响及中文版HP患者生活满意度问卷(QLS-H)的信度和效度。方法 通过研究者和专业英语、汉语双语翻译人员对QLS-H进行翻译及返译后,制作中文版QLS-H。采用横断面调查方式,对90例HP患者进行了QLS-H调查,评估中文版QLS-H的信度和效度。同时采用健康调查量表36(SF-36)对HP患者进行生活质量评价。结果 中文版QLS-H量表具有良好的内部一致性、内容效度以及校标效度。结构效度方面各题项标准载荷系数均大于0.5,提示其结构效度良好。SF-36量表和QLS-H评估结果显示,HP患者的精力和生理职能得分最低,生理机能分数较高。结论 中文版QLS-H具有较高的内部一致性、分半信度,以及良好的内容效度和校标效度。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the impact of anterior pituitary hypofunction(HP)on the quality of life of patients and the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the HP Patient Life Satisfaction Questionnaire(QLS-H).Methods QLS-H was translated and back-translated by researchers and professional English-Chinese bilingual translators to obtain the Chinese version of QLS-H. Using a cross-sectional survey, a QLS-H questionnaire survey was conducted in 90 HP patients to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of QLS-H. At the same time, the Health Survey Scale 36(SF-36)was used to evaluate the quality of life of HP patients.Results The Chinese version of QLS-H scale had good internal consistency, content validity and calibration validity. In terms of structural validity, the standard loading coefficient of each item was greater than 0.5, indicating that its structural validity was acceptable. Conclusion The Chinese version of QLS-H scale has high internal consistency, split-half reliability, and good content validity and calibration validity. The evaluation results of the SF-36 scale and the QLS-H scale confirm that the quality of life of HP patients is reduced.
