摘要:
促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)脉冲泵是一种皮下埋植的可编程便携式微量输注装置。其通过连续脉冲式输注GnRH类似物,模拟下丘脑GnRH生理性脉冲模式,促进性腺发育及配子形成。目前,GnRH脉冲泵治疗已成为低促性腺激素性性腺功能减退症的重要治疗方案,并列入指南。近年来其在功能性下丘脑性闭经和多囊卵巢综合征的治疗中亦有所应用。主要的不良反应表现为局部皮肤硬结和多囊卵巢。
Abstract:
The pulsatile gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH)pump is a programmable micro infusion device. By subcutaneously injecting the GnRH analogue in an intermittent pattern, it simulates the physiological pulsatile secretion pattern of GnRH to regulate the gonadal development and gametogenesis. The GnRH pump has gradually become an important treatment of hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism and is listed in the guidelines now. It has also been used in the treatment of functional hypothalamic amenorrhea and polycystic ovarian syndrome in recent years. The main adverse reactions included local skin scleroma and polycystic ovary.
