摘要:
正常范围内的甲状腺激素(TH)对人类及动物生长、发育、繁殖具有至关重要的意义。近年来通过对不同人群及动物TH水平的研究,发现季节性变化可影响机体TH含量进而表现出不同的生理趋势及行为,正常人、甲状腺疾病患者、新生儿及动物的TH水平均受到季节性变化的影响,表现为秋冬季比春夏高的趋势。其变化规律可能与甲状腺激素脱碘酶(Dio2/Dio3)表达、褪黑素分泌谱编码夜间长度密切有关。
Abstract:
Thyroid hormone(TH)in normal range is very important for human and animal growth, development and reproduction. In recent years, through the study of TH levels in different populations and animals, it has been found that seasonal changes can affect TH levels and then show different physiological trends and behaviors. The TH levels of normal people, patients with thyroid diseases, newborns and animals are affected by seasonal changes, showing a higher trend in autumn and winter than in spring and summer. The changes may be related to the expression of thyroid hormone deiodinase(Dio2/Dio3)and the nocturnal length encoded by melatonin secretion spectrum.
