摘要:
近年来研究发现的Spexin是一种肽类激素,是甘丙肽受体(GALR)2和GALR3的自然配体。Spexin在人体内分泌组织广泛表达,其可能通过调节摄食行为、抑制长链脂肪酸的摄取,参与体重调节,并可通过结合GALR2调节胰岛素的释放和活化葡萄糖代谢通路,进而改善胰岛素抵抗、调节血糖稳态,在肥胖、2型糖尿病(T2DM)、胰岛素抵抗的发生机制中起到一定作用。
Abstract:
Spexin is a kind of peptide hormone discovered in recent years. It is a natural ligand for galanin receptor(GALR)2/3 and is widely expressed in human endocrine tissues. It may be involved in weight regulation by regulating feeding behavior and inhibiting the uptake of long-chain fatty acids. By combining GALR2, Spexin can regulate insulin release and activate glucose metabolism pathways, and then attenuate insulin resistance and regulate glucose homeostasis. It plays a role in the pathogenesis of obesity, type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and insulin resistance.
