摘要:
吸烟为全球流行的一种不良嗜好,烟草燃烧后的产物可影响甲状腺功能。甲状腺功能减退症是由多种原因引起的一种常见代谢性疾病。流行病学、免疫反应、动物实验等研究发现,烟草中的尼古丁、新烟草碱、硫氰酸盐等物质可减少甲状腺功能减退症的发生,而戒烟则可增加甲状腺功能减退症的发生。
Abstract:
Smoking is a worldwide popular bad hobby, and tobacco burning products can affect thyroid function. Hypothyroidism is a common metabolic disease, caused by variety of reasons. Studies showed that nicotine, anatabine, thiocyanate and other substances in tobacco could reduce the incidence of hypothyroidism from epidemiology, immune response, animal experiments, while smoking cessation could increase the incidence of hypothyroidism.
