摘要:
当前存在一定比例的人群未能养成每天进食早餐的习惯,而禁食早餐对血糖、血脂及血压等代谢性因素产生不良影响,进而增加一些慢性疾病的风险。在非糖尿病人群中,短期的禁食早餐对空腹血糖及餐后血糖谱的变化无明显影响,长期的禁食早餐可以引起空腹及早餐后血糖升高,增加2型糖尿病的发生风险。在2型糖尿病患者中,禁食早餐可以引起午餐后、晚餐后血糖升高,并引起HbA1c水平的升高。
Abstract:
There is a certain percentage of people failed to get into the habit of eating breakfast every day. Skipping breakfast has harmful effects on the metabolic factors, such as blood glucose, lipid and blood pressure, it can increase the incidence of some chronic diseases. In people without diabetes, the short-term skipping breakfast couldn't significantly influence fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose, while long-term skipping breakfast can increase fasting and postprandial blood glucose, increase the risk factor of type 2 diabetes. In patients with type 2 diabetes, skipping breakfast can increase blood glucose after lunch and dinner, and can increase the level of HbA1c.
