摘要:
脂毒性与甲状腺功能减退(甲减)有着密切联系,脂毒性诱导甲减的机制尚处于探索阶段。目前的研究发现,炎性因子可下调甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞碘摄取及激素合成; 组织中脱碘酶的表达和活性变化可影响T4的转化; 氧化应激过度激活可损伤甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞特异性蛋白表达。此外,赖氨酸琥珀酰化修饰异常及内质网应激(ERS)激活在脂毒性诱导甲状腺功能损伤中的作用成为研究热点。对脂毒性诱导甲减的机制进行深入研究将为脂毒性致全身损伤提供理论依据。
Abstract:
Lipotoxicity is closely related to hypothyroidism, while the mechanisms of lipotoxicity-induced hypothyroidism are still in the initial stage of exploration. The current studies suggest inflammatory factors can down-regulate iodine uptake and hormone synthesis in thyroid follicular epithelial cells, changes in the expression and activity of deiodinase in tissues can affect the transformation of T4, and excessive activation of oxidative stress may damage the specific protein expression of thyroid follicular epithelial cells. Moreover, the role of abnormal lysine succinylation modification and endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS)activation in lipotoxicity-induced thyroid dysfunction has become the focus of researches. Further study of the mechanisms of lipotoxicity-induced hypothyroidism will provide a theoretical basis for systemic damage caused by lipotoxicity.
