摘要:
碳酸锂主要用于躁狂症、双相情感性精神障碍、抑郁症等精神性疾病的治疗。长期使用的过程中发现其能够导致内分泌功能紊乱,主要表现为甲状腺功能减退症、甲状旁腺功能亢进症与高钙血症、糖代谢异常及血糖水平升高、肾性尿崩症,以及下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴功能受到抑制。因此,临床使用碳酸锂的同时,还需要注意观察其对内分泌功能的影响,以避免导致内分泌功能紊乱。
Abstract:
Lithium is used for the treatment of mental illness, such as mania, bipolar disorder, depression. But it can lead to endocrine disorders including hypothyroidism, hyperparathyroid and hypercalcemia, abnormal glucose metabolism and increase of blood glucose concentration, nephrogenic diabetes insipidus and inhibition of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis. Therefore, its effects on the endocrine function should be observed and avoid endocrine dysfunction while lithium carbonate was used in clinic.
