摘要:
骨质疏松症被称为“沉默杀手”,患病率不断攀升,骨折是其最具破坏性的临床结局,在众多威胁骨骼健康的危险因素中,饮食是最可控的选项之一。目前备受关注的饮食模式如热量限制饮食、素食和地中海饮食等在代谢性疾病中的作用已被广泛认可,但各饮食模式与骨密度、骨转换标志物、骨折风险的关系仍值得进一步讨论,这些研究结果将有助于制定合适的膳食策略,提高人群整体骨健康水平。
Abstract:
The prevalence of osteoporosis, known as the “silent killer”, is increasing rapidly, with fracture being most devastating clinical outcome. Diet is one of the easily controllable risk factors for osteoporosis. Currently available dietary patterns such as caloric restriction diet, vegetarian diet and Mediterranean diet have been widely recognized for their efficacy in the prevention and treatment of metabolic diseases including bone disorders. However, further studies are needed to find the link between dietary patterns and bone mineral density, markers of bone turnover, and the risk of fracture. The investigation on these issues will be helpful to develop an appropriate dietary strategy and improve bone health level in general population.
