摘要:
目的 应用扫描式葡萄糖监测系统(FGMS)评估贴敷式胰岛素泵对1型糖尿病(T1DM)患者血糖动态变化的影响,比较胰岛素不同注射方式对血糖控制的疗效。方法 于2019年8月至2019年12月期间河南科技大学第一附属医院入组T1DM患者,符合纳入排除标准的受试者根据所用胰岛素注射方式分别进入3组:每日多次胰岛素注射组(MDI组),传统胰岛素泵组(CSII组),Equil贴敷式胰岛素泵组(Equil组)。其中MDI、CSII组受试者胰岛素注射方式不变,Equil组受试者由MDI或CSII转为Equil贴敷式胰岛素泵治疗。共入组患者30例,均佩戴FGMS 2周,记录FGMS监测期间各项血糖指标,监测不良事件,比较各组血糖控制效果和治疗满意度。结果 两组应用胰岛素泵的患者平均血糖波动幅度(MAGE)均小于MDI组,使用贴敷式胰岛素泵的患者严重低血糖(≤2.8 mmol/L)时间少、血糖变异系数(CV)低(P均<0.05)。结论 Equil贴敷式胰岛素泵的血糖控制效果不亚于传统胰岛素泵。
Abstract:
Objective Application of flash glucose monitoring system(FGMS)to evaluate the effect of patch insulin pumps on dynamic changes of blood glucose in patients with type 1 diabetes(T1DM), and to compare the effects of different insulin injection methods on blood glucose control.Methods T1DM patients were enrolled in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from August to December 2019. Subjects who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were divided into 3 groups based on their insulin injection method: multiple daily insulin injection group(MDI group), traditional insulin pump group(CSII group), and Equil patch insulin pump group(Equil group). The insulin injection method of subjects in the MDI and CSII groups remained unchanged, and the subjects in the Equil group switched from MDI or CSII to Equil treatment. A total of 30 patients were enrolled, all wearing FGMS for 2 weeks. The blood glucose indexes during FGMS monitoring and adverse events were recorded, and the blood glucose control and treatment satisfaction of each group were compared.Results The mean amplitude of glycemic excursions(MAGE)of the two groups of patients using insulin pumps was lower than that of the MDI group. Patients with patch insulin pump had fewer severe hypoglycemia(≤2.8 mmol/L)and lower blood glucose coefficient of variation(CV)(all P<0.05).Conclusion Equil patch insulin pump can control blood glucose as effectively as traditional insulin pump.
