摘要:
国际糖尿病足工作组《促进糖尿病足溃疡创面愈合干预指南(2019版)》《糖尿病足溃疡预防指南(2019版)》在2015版的基础上进行了内容的更新。按照患者-干预-比较-结局(PICO)的原则,编委会在循证医学的基础上提出临床问题,并对文献进行系统回顾,提出了13条建议,旨在规范和指导创面愈合的方法。根据国际糖尿病足工作组溃疡风险分级系统,从糖尿病患者中识别出高危足,并根据等级不同而采用不同的预防措施,在循证医学基础上进行文献系统评价,从识别高危足、正确检查高危足、患者和家属以及医护人员的培训、合适的鞋、治疗溃疡的危险因素、足部综合护理6个方面提出了16条建议,从而达到预防糖尿病足溃疡的目的。
Abstract:
The guideline on interventions to enhance healing of foot ulcers in persons with diabetes and the guideline on the prevention of foot ulcers in persons with diabetes(2019 edition)by international working group on the diabetic foot(IWGDF)was updated on the basis of 2015 edition. According to the principle of patient- intervention-comparison-outcome(PICO), the editorial board put clinical problems and made a systematic review of the literature on the basis of evidence-based medicine. The editorial board proposed 13 recommendations on treatment of diabetic foot ulcer healing, so as to achieve the aim to standardize and guide the wound healing methods. According to IWGDF ulcer risk classification system, high risk feet were identified from diabetic patients, and different preventive measures were adopted according to different grades. The editorial board made a systematic review of the literature on the basis of evidence-based medicine. The editorial board proposed 16 recommendations from six aspects: identification of high-risk foot, correct examination of high-risk foot, training of patients and their relatives, medical staff, appropriate shoes, treatment of risk factors of foot ulcer and comprehensive foot care, so as to achieve the aim of preventing diabetic foot ulcer.
