摘要:
2020年初,新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)席卷全球,主要累及老年人及慢性病人群,肥胖者也不例外。新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)感染住院者的数据分析结果表明,肥胖住院患者比其他住院患者预后更差。许多研究强调了肥胖在SARS-CoV-2感染中有重要影响。其主要作用机制可能包括影响病毒的传染性、增加人类血管紧张素转换酶2(ACE2)的表达、激活哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)通路、使免疫系统更易受损、加剧炎性反应。
Abstract:
The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19), which swept the world at the end of 2019, mainly affected the elderly and those with chronic diseases, not excepting obesity. The results of the analysis of the data in regard to the inpatients who infected severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)showed that inpatients with obesity had a worse prognosis than the rest of inpatients. Many studies have emphasized that obesity plays an important role in SARS-CoV-2 infection. The main mechanisms may include affecting the contagiousness of the virus, increasing the expression of human angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(ACE2), hyperactivating mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)pathway, making the immune system more vulnerable and enhancing inflammation.
