摘要:
生长激素是一种由腺垂体前叶细胞分泌的肽类激素,可作用于多种免疫器官和免疫细胞,发挥免疫调节作用。在固有免疫系统中,生长激素可增强巨噬细胞、树突状细胞和自然杀伤细胞的免疫活性; 在适应性免疫系统中,生长激素可提高胸腺细胞的迁移能力,促进胸腺细胞亚群的调节,影响脾脏和B淋巴细胞的发育。此外,生长激素还可以影响机体的炎性反应状态,抑制胶原性关节炎的关节破坏,对艾滋病患者免疫系统也具有多种有益作用。因此,生长激素作为一种重要的免疫调节因子,有望在临床上成为抗感染、治疗免疫缺陷或免疫功能低下的一种有效手段。
Abstract:
Growth hormone(GH)is a peptide hormone secreted primarily by the somatotrophs in the anterior pituitary gland. It can act on varieties of immune organs or immune cells to exert immunomodulatory effect. In the innate immune system, GH can enhance the immunological activity of macrophages, dendritic cells and natural killer cells. In the adaptive immune system, GH can increase the migratory capacity of thymocytes, promote the modulation of thymocyte subsets and impact the development of the spleen and B lymphocytes. In addition, GH can influence the inflammatory state, prevent the inflammatory joint destruction in the collagen-induced arthritis. Moreover, low-dose GH therapy has beneficial effects on the immune system of patients with acquired immune deficiency syndrome. Therefore, GH, as an important immunoregulatory factor, is expected to become a potential therapy for the infectious diseases, immunodeficiency or immune dysfunction.
