摘要:
APPL1(adaptor protein,phosphotyrosine interacting with PH domain and leucine zipper 1)是一种细胞内转接蛋白,可以和多种蛋白作用,介导细胞内多条信号通路。目前发现APPL1在胰岛β细胞中高度表达,与胰岛素分泌、胰岛素抵抗、糖尿病及其并发症密切相关。
Abstract:
APPL1(adaptor protein, phosphotyrosine interacting with PH domain and leucine zipper 1)is an intracellular adaptor protein. It interacts with a variety of proteins and functions in intracellular signaling pathways. Recently, APPL1 is found highly expressed in islet β cells, closely relating with insulin secretion, insulin resistance, diabetes and its complications.
