摘要:
碳酸锂是用于治疗急性躁狂症,单向或双向抑郁以及预防精神障碍的基础药物。治疗中发现碳酸锂可影响甲状腺激素水平及甲状腺大小,患者可出现临床或者亚临床甲状腺功能减退症、甲状腺功能亢进症以及甲状腺肿大等不良反应,在长期使用过程中主要易造成甲状腺功能减退症及甲状腺肿大,其原理可能涉及锂抑制甲状腺激素的合成和释放等,但目前发病率和机制尚未完全明确,值得进一步研究和关注。
Abstract:
Lithium is a fundamental drug used in the management of acute mania,unipolar and bipolar depression and prophylaxis of bipolar disorders. It has been proved that lithium treatment may affect thyroid hormone levels and thyroid size,resulting in clinical or subclinical hypothyroidism,hyperthyroidism, goiter and so on. Hypothyroidism and goiter are the major adverse effects in long-term use of lithium. The mechanism may involve the inhibition of lithium on the synthesis and release of thyroid hormone,but the precise prevalance and pathogenesis are not clear. More attention should be paid to the relationship between carbonate lithium therapy and thyroid disorders.
