摘要:
心血管自主神经病变是糖尿病常见且严重的并发症,也是引起糖尿病患者死亡率增加的重要因素。目前糖尿病心血管自主神经病变的诊断技术众多,尚缺乏统一的诊断标准。常用的诊断方法有心率变异性、心血管反射试验、压力反射敏感性、QT间期、放射性核素检查等。各诊断技术各有利弊,临床价值各不相同,因此在应用时应根据具体条件尽可能选择适当的诊断技术。
Abstract:
Cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy is a common and serious complication of diabetes.It is also an important factor causing the increase of mortality in patients with diabetes.There are many diagnostic techniques for diabetic cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy.The diagnostic techniques commonly used are heart rate variability,cardiovascular reflex tests,baroreflex sensitivity,QT interval,radionuclide examination,etc,but still lack of uniform diagnostic criteria.Each diagnostic technology has its own pros and cons, and has different clinical value.Applying the technologies should be based on the certain circumstances as much as possible.
