摘要:
肾上腺静脉取血术(AVS)是原发性醛固酮增多症(原醛症)分型诊断的金标准,但存在费用贵,技术难度高,不易推广的缺点。所以寻求AVS替代方法是临床的热点。有学者在CT、MR、131I-6β-甲基碘化胆固醇肾上腺扫描(NP-59)和PET-CT上进行了尝试,也试图通过试验指标和临床模型来预测原醛症亚型。遗憾的是,没有明确的证据表明这些无创方法可以替代AVS,但这些方法能为无法开展AVS的单位提供借鉴。
Abstract:
Adrenal venous sampling(AVS)is the gold-standard etiological diagnostic test in primary aldosteronism, however, it is costly, difficult and hard to popularize. Searching for the alternative of AVS is hot in clinic. Some scholars try to replace AVS with CT, MR, 131I-6β- methyliodized cholesterol adrenal scan(NP-59)and PET-CT, or try to predict the subtype of primary aldosteronism by test indices and clinical models. Unfortunately, there is no obvious evidence that these noninvasive methods can replace AVS, but they can be references to the unit which can not carry out AVS.
