摘要:
单基因糖尿病分子遗传学可对治疗效果影响甚大的致病基因进行分组,从而预测可能出现的临床表现。如新生儿糖尿病中KATP通道基因缺陷者,应用磺脲类药物治疗可显著改善预后,青少年起病的成人糖尿病2型患者不需要药物治疗也不会发生远期并发症等。因此精准医学的成功实施在单基因糖尿病的诊疗中尤为重要,也希望更多的单基因糖尿病致病基因可以被发掘,从而指导个体化的治疗。
Abstract:
The molecular genetics of monogenic diabetes can define aetiological subtypes which have great influence on diabetes treatment and can predict the possible clinical features. For instance, the use of sulfonylureas in patients with KATP channel gene defects in neonatal diabetes can significantly improve the prognosis. Patients with type 2 maturity onset diabetes of the young, that do not need drug therapy have no long-term complications. Therefore, the successful implementation of precision medicine is particulary important in the diagnosis and treatmnt of monogenic diabetes. It is also hoped that more genes can be explored to guide the individualized treatment.
