摘要:
巨分子促甲状腺激素(TSH)是TSH与抗TSH免疫球蛋白形成的大分子复合物,是一种少见的实验室干扰物,可引起TSH假性升高。为了避免误诊亚临床甲状腺功能减退症,临床遇到单纯TSH升高需考虑巨分子TSH的存在。制定巨分子TSH筛查策略是至关重要的。凝胶过滤层析法有助于发现这种罕见的物质。
Abstract:
Macro-thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)is a macromolecule that is formed between autoimmune anti-TSH Ig and TSH molecule. It is a rare laboratory interference that can interfere with laboratory measurement of TSH, leading to spuriously high results. To avoid misdiagnosis of subclinical hypothyroidism, the possibility of macro-TSH, in cases with TSH values higher than expected should be considered. Screening strategy for macro-TSH is crucially important. Gel filtration chromatography can help to diagnose this rare entity.
